Steve Jobs spared no time in announcing Time Capsule and I think I will do the same. In short, Time Capsule is a companion for Time Machine & Leopard. It is both a wireless hard-drive (500 GB & 1TB Server Grade Storage) and a wireless 802.11n base station. Because it is an Apple Made wireless base station, it comes with the perks that we have come to know and love. It features wireless printing and 5x the performance with 2x the range.

It has not been released yet, so information is scarce. One thing I would like to make clear is it’s ability to be used as a wireless hard drive for storing information. You can purchase the product for $299 for the 500GB Model or $499 for the 1TB Model.
